E-Learning Course: LEAN Training for Schaeffler Employees
In this project, designing the LEAN Awareness Training e-learning course for Schaeffler AG was a highly collaborative endeavor. My role involved more than just creating content; it was about working closely with various internal stakeholders and subject matter experts (Lean Coaches) to translate complex LEAN principles into clear, engaging, and compliant e-learning modules.
Employees´ Training Evaluation Concept at Vitesco Technologies GbmH
In this project, I contributed to the development of a structured training evaluation concept, for employee trainings at Vitesco Technologies. The aim was to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning programs, from trainee reaction to organizational results, ensuring continuous improvement of educational initiatives.
